We believe that the only sustainable advantage that any organization has is the ability of its people. The quality of work that we produce has direct relationship to the people that we employ to handle projects on behalf of clients. We therefore employ qualified engineers and technicians and in addition send some of our personnel for training at Polytechnic and for continuous Profession development courses. Presently KST is constituted by the Managing Consultant Eng Kambarami, a senior projects engineer, two civil engineers, two structural engineer, senior Cad operator and three administrative staff.
Managing Consultant Brief– Sharpie T. Kambarami
Eng Kambarami holds a BSc Civil Engineering qualification has a wide experience in engineering consultancy work and management spanning over 30 years. Under his capable guidance and determination, KST Consultants has undertaken numerous projects in Zimbabwe and the region.Eng. Kambarami worked as a partner for 10 years at Hydro Utilities Consulting Engineers. He was also the regional director of operations of Mobil Oil covering Zambia, Malawi, Mozambique and Zimbabwe. Engineer Kambarami’s experience includes working for Zimbabwe Ministry of Transport at various levels and with Kentucky Department of Transportation (USA) as structural engineer soon after graduating from University.
